Mr. Burk | Kimberly
I am compassionately developing my students' skills and knowledge, utilizing knowledge from 30 years of parenting my own six children, and 12 years of playing with seven grandchildren. I graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Agriculture Economics in 1979, and an M.S. in Family and Child Development in 1983. I have used both degrees by growing mushrooms north of Bliss from 1985 to 2002, and then working as a Pscho-Social Rehabilitation Specialist, a Developmental Therapy Specialist, and an Intensive Behavior Therapist from 2002 until 2014. I have been teaching Special Education for four years and became certified in the spring of 2016 after three years of intensive on-line studying for Special Education.
