Please bring the required items below:
* PROOF OF RESIDENCY (accepted items: trash or water bill or mortgage/lease/rental
statement.
* BIRTH CERTIFICATE
* UP TO DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORD
* COPY OF PARENT ID
Above items must be supplied before your student can be placed on a class list.
