This falls students from Kimberly High School have had the opportunity to attend 3 Hispanic Youth Leadership Summits in Idaho. At the summits students attend workshops, listen to keynote speakers and make connections that will help them with future employment and college opportunities. One of the highlights of these conferences are the scholarships that are awarded to students in attendance. Kimberly School District is proud to recognize the following scholarship recipients.

Brenda Orozco—$1500 Diversity scholarship to the University of Idaho

Estrella Hernandez—$64,000 to the College of Idaho
Adriana Ramirez—$1500 scholarship to Treasure Valley Community College
