QUORUM OF BOARD IN ATTENDANCE - ISBA CONVENTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that there will be quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the annual ISBA Convention from November 9, 2022, to November 11, 2022, in Coeur d’Alene, ID. 

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring. 

No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken. 

This notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
