Students may request official or unofficial transcripts to be sent to a College or University by filling in the transcript request form. ONLY the actual former student may request or receive transcripts if he/she is 18 or older. No other person, including family members and guardians, may request or receive transcripts - no matter the circumstances.
NOTE: "Official Transcripts" are sent to schools, colleges, employers, government agencies, etc. They are sealed and stamped as official. If the seal if broken, the transcript will be voided. "Unofficial Transcripts" can be sent to personal addresses and emails.
