Congratulations to all Kimberly High School students who won academic, behavior, and attendance awards for the first quarter.
On Tuesday, Oct. 29, KHS announced the recipients based on three categories: Perfect attendance, no behavior logs, and a 3.5 GPA or higher. The names of all students who qualified were put into a drawing and winners received various prizes that included gift certificates to local restaurants, T-shirts, hoodies, backpacks, $25 Amazon gift cards, and $50 Visa gift cards.
Our perfect attendance winners (with no Fs on the report card) were Brianna Sant, Devin Pettingill, Katelyn Layne, Alyssa Martínez, Carter Campbell, Thomas Garrison, Abbie Tweedy, Arthur Gladish, Jene Prudent, Isaac Otto, Adrian Rivera, Jaclyn Faria, McKay Searle, Megan Winward, and Taysia Hudson.
Our winners for the students with no behavior logs (and no Fs) were Emily Dannehl, Ileana Wood-Orozco, Ethan Poff, Evan Allen, Jaci Cowger, Colton May, Halle Bentley, Jack Mathews, Gunner Stringham, Hayley Moore, Natalie Broadhag, Gerwin Jeschke, Gloria Stansbury, Andrés Ortíz, and Teven Robertson.
Those with a 3.5 GPA or higher (and no Ds or Fs) were Tarissa Plew, Raab Morley, Alicyn Schrenk, AJ Walker, Carter Campbell, Maggie Belliston, ParliRae Adams, Eva Ward, Addy Walker, Ryker Larson, Presly Stanger, Hannah Freaking Baird, Julisa Juárez, Sydney Slagel, and Rebecca Coleman.
