1095C Employer- Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Form

On December 23, 2024, President Biden enacted the "Paperwork Burden Reduction Act" to reduce the administrative burden on employers regarding Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting. Under this act, employers are no longer required to automatically send Forms 1095-B or 1095-C to employees; instead, they must provide these forms only upon request.  We still be reporting this information to the IRS.
