MATH:
We will finish up our Chapter 5 test for A-Day students. Any students can retake the test if they are not happy with their score. Please make arrangements with me. I will be available on Wednesday and Thursday after school this week. We are also starting Chapter 6 with dividing fractions.

PACK:
This week in PACK we are presenting to the class what we came up with for a budget based on the job that was picked. We will also be practicing peer reviews where a student is selected to provide feedback to the presenter. This is to help teach how to provide constructive feedback and how to accept it when it is provided. Please contact me with any questions.

Pre Algebra:
If you have any questions about Pre-Algebra, please email Mr. Linn below!

SCIENCE:
In Science, we are testing force by building simple machines from straws, rubber bands, and masking tape to launch a Q-tip. We are practicing graph reading and following lab procedures with a virtual lab in Canvas. We will take our open book test on Chapter 2 and prepare for next week by reviewing pressure with a Bill Nye Video. A reminder that missing assignments are considered zero points until they are turned in. Several students have missing work that is affecting their grades.

SOCIAL STUDIES:
Hey everyone,
We will be turning in our Asia Maps in class! If I didn’t receive the map on Friday last week or on Monday this week, it will be put into the gradebook as a Zero until I see it. If anyone is unhappy with their Asia Map grade or their Continents and Oceans Quiz grade, please come talk to me about retakes! Thanks!

STEM:
Hello, this week STEM students will complete their bridge builds. We will test and evaluate the bridges on Thursday and Friday. Remember our Unit 3 Vocabulary Quiz will be on February 11th & 12th. Make sure all missing assignments are completed so students don't get behind, thank you.
