Notice of Possible Quorum - Kirby Bright Community Night

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that on Saturday, August 23, 2025, there may be a possible quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Kirby Bright Community Night held at the Kimberly High School Stadium.

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be conducted.
No meeting of the Board will be held, and accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice is provided to fulfill the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
