Notice of Possible Quorum - District Retirement Dinner

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the District Retirement Dinner on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Brickhouse Event Center. 

No Business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.

No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
