Notice of Possible Quorum - Employee Luncheon and Benefit Fair

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the patrons of Kimberly School District #414 that on Friday, August 15, 2025, there may be a possible quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Employee Luncheon and Benefit Fair held at Kimberly High School.

No business of the Board is scheduled or will be conducted.
No meeting of the Board will be held, and accordingly, no minutes will be taken.

This notice is provided to fulfill the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
