Policy 7720 - Supplemental Pay

Supplemental pay for special assignments will be paid according to a schedule approved by the Kimberly Board of Trustees.  Such payment will be made by the regular payroll procedure.  Supplemental pay will be prorated over the twelve-month pay program unless the employee requests full payment to be made at the completion of the activity assignment.  Such request must be made in writing prior to the beginning of the supplemental activity.
